How to identify it?
Larva
Larva thickset. Body varicolored, with individuals in carnation, dark brown, and green. They all have 5 pairs of prolegs in common, also in common are pleural body spiracula all located on unique white oblique spots. Caudal horn short, like a slightly protruding ocellate spot.
Adult
Adult body fusiform, overall dark brown. A pair of antennae on the head. Protergum with a pair of unique symmetrical triangles made of wine red pubescence. Forewing wine red striped, hind wing base peach pink.
