How to identify it?

Larva

Larva body surface fully setose. Setae on the head and rear end black, with abruptly-clustered white setae. Setae in the middle yellow, 5 clusters of black setae on dorsal line.

Adult

A pair of plumose antennae on the head. Overall yellow. Thorax densely yellow pubescent. Forewing dark striped. Legs heavily hairy, too.
