Female
The female ticks after saturating their blood have swollen and turned blue-white, and there are brown bumps on the surface.
Sexual Dimorphism
Orange-red, body segmented, without wings. Mouthpiece developed. Four pairs of walking feet. Females (above left) have small scutes behind their heads, and males (right above) have full scutes.
