How to identify it?
Female
Females are more commonly seen. Body divided into cephalothorax and abdomen. Cephalothorax brownish-black. Abdomen white, dorsally laterally with spinous structures protruding diagonally upward, surface rough and uneven, black and crimson striped.
Ventral
4 pairs of crimson-brown legs, the fourth pair visibly longer than the other 3 pairs. Dorsal abdomen with black gully, spinneret clearly protruding.
