Description

Blastobasidae moths often go unnoticed due to their mundane appearance, thriving in dark and secluded environments. A common error is the belief that all moths are pests; however, Blastobasidae species mostly feed on fungi and decaying organic matter, playing crucial roles in nutrient cycling and ecosystem health.
