Description
Within the wood-veined worlds built by Incisitermes, lies an exemplary display of social order and architectural prowess. Contrary to popular belief, these termite colonies are not simply a nuisance but are crucial for ecological balance, assisting in decomposition and nutrient cycling. Interestingly, the ability of Incisitermes to digest cellulose is facilitated by symbiotic microorganisms in their guts, a fine example of mutualism. This functional attribute is often overshadowed by their reputations as pests.
